Revolutionaries and socialists of the #occupy movement in a year end recap. We are at war. These people are violently demanding private property be seized from US citizens and used for their own desires of free education, free health care, free housing, internet and a check every week to pay for their drugs. The government has no money. The government has only what it can forcefully take from other citizens.

Absurdity is often an excellent way to make a point. Aesop thought so when he created the fable of the ant and the grasshopper. But just how much of a fable was it? Unfortunately for the country, other than the anthropomorphic elements, the fable is no longer a fable nor absurd. Much of it has already happened or now is entirely plausible.

[M]ost people in this age range [16-24] do not work at all. Forget 19%; the problem affects 52%. That’s an incredible fact.

No matter who ends up the GOP nominee we all need to pull out the stops to defeat Obama. Imagine a second term where he does not have to worry about pleasing anyone for reelection. Obama 2.0 will be the permanent destruction of our Republic.

This continues as one of the most amazing and underappreciated facts of 2012—the sitting president’s own party doesn’t like him. The party’s constituent pieces will stick with him, having no choice, but with a feeling of dissatisfaction. – Wall Street Journal

As bad as things are, they’ll probably get worse in 2012. And they are likely to continue going badly for years to come after that, because it will not be easy to reverse the damage of the current administration. – American Thinker

Unions discourage productivity; they are “anti-individualist movements and the epitome of socialism.” Marginal union employees receive tenure and cannot be fired without a lengthy and expensive termination process.

Here we go again. Didn’t we just have a fight about increasing the debt over a trillion dollars?

Unions are bankrupting cities and states across America with outrageous benefits granted by Democrat legislatures that they continue to put in power in a vicious cycle of taxpayer funded union dues going to elect Democrats who then increase the taxpayer funded salaries and benefits. Gov. Christie want to rein in some of the lunacy to keep New Jersey solvent.

The people are waking up to the self aggrandizing and outright theft of taxpayer funds from this and future generations.
