He copped to helping 272 Somalis illegally enter the U.S. from Kenya through Cuba. … Tracy allegedly helped the Somalis get travel visas to Cuba. After traveling from Kenya to Dubai to Moscow to Cuba, they then went to South America before entering the United States through the border in Mexico.”

Smuggling of potential terrorists across the border is evolving into a billion dollar industry for Mexican drug cartels while posing a significant threat to the United States, according to federal law enforcement officials.

Obama refuses to secure the border and now interferes in the internal laws of a state attempting to bring safety and security to its citizens. The Obama administration is asking the Supreme Court to overturn an appeals court decision that upheld Arizona’s right to punish employers for hiring illegal immigrants.

Democrats also repelled more than $2 billion in additional border security spending proposed by border state Republicans John Cornyn of Texas and Jon Kyl of Arizona. There will be no move on border security until the Democrats get amnesty for illegals.
