It’s a frightening thought: government takeover of the media. But having tightened their grip on health care, financial services, and energy, it’s only logical that the Democrats should turn their attention to the media.

The far left in this country, at any opportunity they can, stomp on our freedoms, or simply ignore them, for what they perceive to be the greater good: political correctness, social justice, environmental activism, diversity. They seek to quash our freedoms, while utilizing them for their own purposes.

On this 4th of July, 2010, when the future of the United States appears to be in serious jeopardy, it should be noted that sometimes in the history of a nation, what appears to be an event that could lead to long-term disaster may, in fact, be its long-term salvation.

“Change you can believe in” is working out in practice to mean: If you don’t like the Constitution’s separation of powers — ignore it.

“The American public really has no idea how devastating these policies are going to have on free speech and the Internet,” says a Republican Senate staffer. “If they are able to impose these regulations, they would be able to impose a host of different regulations that would limit free speech online and essentially give the left the upper hand. First the auto industry, then health care and the financial services industry, now this.”

The media can disregard a lot of tastelessness when the women who are smeared are Republicans.

The Left has no qualms about using guerrilla tactics that would be anathema to any moral person. They “Alinsky” opponents through marginalizing, ridiculing, and dehumanizing. But for women, the Left’s arsenal sinks deeper and darker.

By soliciting “paid activists” to create research papers that are intentionally designed to silence opposing viewpoints, they have undermined the political system and manipulated the governmental policy making process. And in the meantime, they’ve also implicated all of academia in the manufacturing of their propaganda.

A classic example of the left using the public schools to push the leftist agenda. Maybe LA should teach kids to add, read and write. LA has almost 50% drop out rate.
