The Rule of Law is necessary for freedom, justice, and equality to prevail, without it we are ruled by a government of men and women who make arbitrary decisions on a whim. When the Rule of Law is not respected, nobody is truly safe from government encroachment, intrusion, and abuse.

They’ve already understood this president has no stomach for enforcing a red line against them. They already know. They’re good to go.

Both Obama and Biden have vehemently stated that the president does not have the authority to take military action in a case like Syria. Biden even said it was an impeachable offense. In 2007 then-Senator Obama loudly declared that “The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”

A century ago in 1913, neither Europeans, nor Americans could have imagined that World War I would begin the following year. The situation in Syria reeks of the same uncertainties and outcome.

So the Nobel peace prize winner wants to start another war with possible global implications? The U.S. is broke. How does this get paid for? Or is Obama just trying to get gas to $7 a gallon like Europe as his energy secretary Chu said we needed? Or is this a way to get all the Obama scandals off the front pages and out of the short memory of the American people?

Sen. Cruz holds rallies across the country challenging both parties to stand up against Obama, Reid and Pelosi and defund the disastrous Obamacare bill even if it means shutting down the government. Will Obama shut down the government to save Obamacare? You betcha! Obama and his sycophant press will blame the GOP for any government shutdown. Cruz wants the GOP to throw it back in his face and argue that the government will be funded except for Obamacare and that it is Obama and the socialist Dems who want to shut down the government to save the biggest job killing bill in the country.
