Biden’s recent comments supporting the $35 billion union funding “jobs” bill will put at least $95 million into Democrat campaign coffers. Public sector union employees in California alone already generate $20 million A MONTH in political campaign influence.

A new study from two Harvard economists suggests that the president’s affinity for these subsidies might have something to do with the fact that the aid would be particularly helpful to states with more left-leaning legislators and strong public sector unions.

The Obama administration rigged the bankruptcy to favor the union, rigged the IPO to favor the union, and has purchased much of the inventory unsalable in the free market, again to benefit the union (and the environmentalists). But of course, the unions (and the environmentalists) pumped many millions of dollars into Obama’s campaign. They also and pumped many millions into trying to keep Democratic candidates in office in the last election.

Government employee unions — through their employees and political action committees — have contributed more money to congressional candidates this election than all the PACs, executives and employees of the entire oil industry, according to data from the Center for Responsive Politics. Because 92 percent of public-employee union money goes to Democrats, President Obama’s party has raised more money from these unions this cycle than Republicans have raised from Wall Street.

We’ve been warning you this was coming. Unions have pledged over $100 MILLION to keep imcumbent Democrats in power. This is the payoff.

In a blatant attempt at campaign support, Obama and desperate Democrats line up behind more federal spending for union bailouts. This time its another $23 BILLION to go to failed states to fund exorbitant teacher union benefits.

Even though unions have already gotten taxpayer bailouts of benefits ($20 BILLION in GM fiasco alone), preferential treatment in federally funded work, the overturning of 76 year rules on unionization, ownership in Chrysler and GM to the detriment of shareholders, creditors and taxpayers, and the lions share of stimulus money directed to public work projects which will have to be union, they will be expecting more like taxpayer funding of a trillion dollars of under funded union pension liabilities.
