By all accounts, Americans are worse off today than they were ten years ago, and the state of our nation, despite what Washington’s media masters report, is fiscally, economically, and socially dire.

The radical EPA crucifier exposes Obama’s real energy policies. Obama promised he would make electricity rates “skyrocket”, appointed an energy secretary that WANTED higher gas prices “like those in Europe”, has REDUCED drilling permits on federal areas by 36% and has issued regulations which are shutting down coal plants that supply 60% of American electricity. Americans are being deliberately starved of the energy sources we have in abundance. We are being robbed in the form of higher prices for electricity produced in the most expensive fashion, wind and solar, instead of affordable coal. Not only are gasoline prices up, but the government continues to demand more mileage per gallon of gas.

Helping to spur the downturn is the reversal of a pipeline’s flow that will give refiners in the Gulf Coast region greater access to crude, the basic feedstock for gasoline.

The Obama Administration’s anti-hydrocarbon ideology and “renewable” energy mythology continues to subsidize crony capitalists and the politicians they help keep in office – on the backs of American taxpayers, ratepayers and motorists. The latest chapter in the sorry ethanol saga is a perfect example.
